Are you experiencing issues with one or more of your bank accounts in EveryDollar such as a zero bank account balance or transactions not importing?
Please note when you first connect or reconnect banks, your account balances will update and transactions will appear in EveryDollar within the timeframe of few minutes to a few days. This is due to banks having their own rate at which they make transactions available for syncing. If your account balances and transactions do not update within 72 hours please take the following steps:
1.) Click on the "Accounts" section.
2.) Click "Update Bank Login".
3. Enter your username and password, followed by any subsequent security questions. (Be sure you're typing the exact same username/password that you do when logging into your bank's website, and don't let the fields auto-fill.)
