If you are having trouble connecting EveryDollar with Key Bank, we have a solution. Apparently, you need to authorize third-party access. Please follow these instructions:
Log in directly to your bank account at the Key Bank website. Once there,
1. Go to the Self Service Tab.
2. Go to Security Center.
3. Select "UPDATE THIRD-PARTY ACCESS".
4. Come back to EveryDollar and try to add your account again within EveryDollar.
Please contact support if this does not get you connected and start your transactions rolling in.
